FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS
On the 15th day of June, 2009, the Board of Trustees of Washington Township, Montgomery County, Ohio adopted a Resolution pursuant to Chapter 504 of the Ohio Revised Code to enter into agreement with the Miami Conservancy District to conduct study of Paddington Ditch Watershed at a cost not to exceed Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00).

On May 18, 2009, the Board of Trustees of Washington Township passed a Resolution pursuant to Chapter 504 of the Ohio Revised Code to delegate certain duties to the Township Administrator regarding the appointment, disciplining and termination of Township employees and the determination of the existence of whether an owner’s maintenance of vegetation, garbage, refuse, or other debris constitutes a nuisance.

On the 15th day of October, 2007, the Board of Trustees of Washington Township, Montgomery County, Ohio adopted a Resolution pursuant to Chapter 504 of the Ohio Revised Code to require advance payment of costs incurred by Washington Township to create, operate and maintain a lighting district within the unincorporated area of Washington Township. This Resolution shall be applicable to lighting districts, the petitions for which are received on or after January 1, 2008.
