I.       Public Works CIP

         Mike Wanamaker reviewed the CIP for Public Works.  Fund balances for the road and related funds were discussed, the Public Works (General Fund) was reviewed in detail, and the various infrastructure and equipment acquisition estimates were reviewed.

II.     General CIP

         Jesse Lightle presented the expenses in the General Fund, including Development Services and Information Technology.

III.    Draft of Meeting Schedule

         Jesse Lightle presented in concept the 2010 meeting schedule.

IV.     Woodland Lights

         Sunday, December 6th will be the employees’ night for Woodland Lights.

V.      Rec Center

         There was a discussion about a potential policy change at the Rec Center.  The proposed schedule of events presented by Americana was reviewed.

All formal actions of the Board of Trustees of Washington Township concerning and relating to the adoption of resolutions and/or motions passed at this meeting were adopted in an open meeting, and of any of its committees resulting in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with the law, including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
