PRE-MEETING WORKSHOP

I.          Tonight’s Agenda

            Jesse Lightle went over the presentations, proclamations, and addendum items for tonight’s Trustee meeting.

II.         Dayton Development Coalition Renewal

            There was a discussion about renewing the Township’s participation in the Dayton Development Coalition.

III.        Miami Valley Military Affairs Membership Salute

            There was a discussion about taking pictures.

IV.        Miscellaneous Communications

• Information on new legislation was discussed, which will result in DP&L’s supplying a solar panel along Yankee Road.
• The parking lot agreement with the City of Centerville was discussed.

                 
V.         Other

• Possible year-end special meeting dates were discussed.
• The October 26th workshop was moved from 7:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.
• The Mayor’s charitable event was discussed.
• Everyone was reminded about the Historical Society’s dinner on Tuesday night.
• The MVRPC meeting is on November 5th.
• It was noted that “Five Guys, Burgers and Fries” opened up in the Township.

VI.        Park District Reception

            The Park District Reception is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.

ADJOURNMENT  7:25 P.M.

All formal actions of the Board of Trustees of Washington Township concerning and relating to the adoption of resolutions and/or motions passed at this meeting were adopted in an open meeting, and of any of its committees resulting in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with the law, including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
