I. Agenda Change
The Emergitech quote request will be removed from tonight’s agenda.
II. Addendum Items
There was a discussion relating to items being added to the MVRPC stimulus package.
There was also a discussion over the replacement of several weather sirens and the possibility of it being included in a grant application.
III. Terry Conley’s Retirement Party
Terry Conley’s retirement party is scheduled for March 3rd at 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. in the meeting room.
IV. Annual Report Design
A new design for the Annual Report was discussed.
V. Miscellaneous Communications
Jo Scott reviewed a history of complaints against a property in the Township.
The Montgomery County Township Association meeting is scheduled for May 21st and will be held at Washington Township.
The Public Entities dinner and meeting will be at the Library on March 30th.
VI. March 9th Workshop
The Trustee Workshop scheduled for March 9th was cancelled.
All formal actions of the Board of Trustees of Washington Township concerning and relating to the adoption of resolutions and/or motions passed at this meeting were adopted in an open meeting, and of any of its committees resulting in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with the law, including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
