I.         Rec Center Insert

           The new format of the Rec Center insert in the Township Quarterly was reviewed.

II.        Town Hall

           There will be a presentation from Mark Metzger on April 6th regarding plans for the 100 year anniversary of Town Hall, which will be celebrated on July 1st.

III.      Austin Road

           Jesse reported on the progress being made with the County concerning Austin Road.

IV.       Miscellaneous Communication

• There will be a zoning case heard at the next Trustee meeting, March 2nd, for property on Timberlodge Trail.
• A thank you letter from the Park District for funds to help pave Iron Horse Trail was shared.
• A response to the School of Dance concerning gasoline fumes in the building was discussed.

V.        Other

           There was a discussion over a complaint concerning a piece of property on Durwood.

VI.       MVRPC Dinner

           There was an announcement concerning the MVRPC dinner in April and a discussion about who would be attending.

All formal actions of the Board of Trustees of Washington Township concerning and relating to the adoption of resolutions and/or motions passed at this meeting were adopted in an open meeting, and of any of its committees resulting in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with the law, including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
