PRE-MEETING WORKSHOP

I.         Addendum Item

           Details were given concerning an addendum item for tonight’s meeting concerning entry sign caps and water tables.

II.        Bethany Ribbon Cutting

           The ribbon cutting ceremony for Bethany will be on April 17th. 

III.       Park District

           There was a discussion concerning who will be the representative for the Park District.

IV.       Miscellaneous Communications

• The Leaf Report for 2008 was reviewed.  Expenses have decreased.
• March is American Red Cross month.
• The Methodist 200 Year Declaration was reviewed.
• There was a discussion how levy dollars affect the City and the Township.

V.        Rec Center

           Dave Paice gave a presentation on cost saving measures that could possibly be applied to the Rec facility.

All formal actions of the Board of Trustees of Washington Township concerning and relating to the adoption of resolutions and/or motions passed at this meeting were adopted in an open meeting, and of any of its committees resulting in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with the law, including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
