II. Agenda Items
An addendum item to appoint Law Director Bob Surdyk for 2009 was discussed.
III. Kristine Severyn Interview
Kristine was interviewed for a volunteer position with the Rec Advisory Board.
IV. Miscellaneous Communications
A letter to Pat Pekula relative to the Specialized Transportation Program was reviewed.
The Fire Department received a FEMA grant for equipment in the amount of $134,000.
The Township Quarterly will have a new design.
All formal actions of the Board of Trustees of Washington Township concerning and relating to the adoption of resolutions and/or motions passed at this meeting were adopted in an open meeting, and of any of its committees resulting in such formal action, were in meetings open to the public, in compliance with the law, including Section 121.22 of the Ohio Revised Code.
