Others present: Yvonne Dunphe, Lisa Glaser, Mike Wanamaker.

November 12, 2008 minutes were approved with no questions.

Tiernan opened the meeting with comments about the greenery in the pots; we received several positive comments on them. Discussion was made that greenery should be placed in the pots this winter as well.

A motion was made and passes unanimously to place pots at Hithergreen. Fraley stated that they could tend to the planting.

It was suggested that plantings for Arbor Day take place at Hithergreen.  This would continue with the plans that the late Sandy Spees had designed.

The topic of plaques in the flower beds was discussed. Wanamaker will ask about permissibility.

Wanamaker will look into the placement of a banner pole at the Washington Township Volunteers Park.

Wanamaker reported that the new banners at Hithergreen Center were installed. The construction of the bus stops will be finalized this spring, along with the entry sign at Southwind Drive.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:45 pm
